Professor Heath is an AWESOME teacher. You'll love his textbook “F*** You Money,” and he teaches you real world stuff that will greatly benefit you. Not that much homework each week, and his lectures are fire.

After passing CPA exams, I wanted to learn Finance, so I started taking Professor Heath's Personal Financial Planning course and this book was requirement of the course. I wish I knew this book years ago!! So much to learn and very easy to understand with realistic examples even though there are a lot of technical terms and concepts. The contents of this book really help to analyze personal financial issue so that we can make a plan to change it. I highly recommend to start from this book if you think you are beginner of finance.

Do yourself a favor and take all your accounting classes with Professor Heath. He is an absolute legend, and he provides a very unique and authentic way of teaching. To say he's an inspiration is an understatement. If you take his class, you will learn so much not just about accounting but about who you are as a person.
